A HAUNTED Middlewich Mexon Market takes place this weekend.
On Saturday, October 21 in Wheelock Street the Halloween themed event will have the usual stalls as well as a number of activities.
These include pumpkin carving demonstrations from environmental artist Jo Thilwind, garland making sessions and an apple bobbing challenge.
A market spokesman said: “Join us if you dare for a fun filled spooky spectacular.
“With all your favourite food, craft and gift stalls, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, family entertainment and music.
“Bring your little monsters, spooks, witches and zombies and enjoyed a great day in Middlewich.”
The event will run from 10am to 3pm.
