A MAN v. Food-inspired breakfast box crammed with bacon, sausages and fried eggs has launched in Northwich.
Michelle Kent and daughter Melissa Kent from Shell’s and Mel’s snack bar at TG Builders Merchants launched the humongous breakfast box on Saturday.
Priced at £15, the box contains six sausages, six rashes of bacon, four fried eggs, four hash browns, four slices of black pudding, six slices of toast, four slices of fried bread, two pots apiece of beans, plum tomatoes and mushrooms.
Melissa said the breakfast box was inspired by the food reality television series, Man v Food.
Melissa said: "I like to come up with lots of made things when I'm bored.
"We also do an ultimate burger, that is absolutely huge and we sell loads of them.
"It's like a Man v. Food type thing."
Melissa said the box can feed up to four people - depending on how greedy you feel.
After spreading the word on Facebook, Melissa said feedback from Saturday’s trial has been ‘positive’, with the box now a regular feature.
