FIREFIGHTERS tackled a small tree fire in Northwich.
Fire crews were called to the incident on Chester Road at 9.39 on Saturday night.
One fire engine from Northwich attended.
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Fire crews were called to a small fire in a tree which had started after a firework struck it on Chester Road, Northwich.
“Crews used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire which was approximately 15m up a tree.”
