Davenham Ramblers completed its annual day trip last weekend.
On August 13, 33 participants split into three groups travelled to the Ribble Valley which included a private tour of Stoneyhurst College and an afternoon trip to Clitheroe.
Jean Pritchett, Davenham Ramblers publicity, said: “It was a thoroughly enjoyable day with a mixture of regular walkers and social members that come for the days out.
“We also had one newcomer and the three groups all enjoyed different walks around the area. Although one group did complete all three walks and we had a lovely meal in the evening.
“We try to go somewhere different each year to accommodate everyone so we’ll have to wait and see what’s next.”
