THE deadline for comments on Cuddington Parish Council’s Neighbourhood Plan in this Friday.

The Neighbourhood Plan, which has been undertaken by Cuddington Parish Council, sets out a vision for the future of the parish and describes planning policies, which will be used to determine planning proposals for the Neighbourhood Area for the period up to 2030.

The Neighbourhood Area covers the whole parish of Cuddington, Delamere Park and Sandiway.

Over the past few weeks a draft of the Neighbourhood Plan, which was prepared with the help of the Steering Group, has been open for public consultation.

People who live, work or carry on business in the neighbourhood area have been invited to take part in the consultation.

Statutory bodies such as the Environment Agency, Natural England, Network Rail and Highways Agency have also been given a chance to comment on the draft plan, as have adjacent parish councils and voluntary bodies in the parish.

After the end of the consultation period all comments will be reviewed by the Steering Group and where appropriate changes will be made to the Cuddington Neighbourhood Plan prior to its formal submission to Cheshire West and Chester Council.

The deadline for comments is 5pm on Friday, July 21, and can be submitted online or in writing.
