St Helens man charged in connection with Moulton dump truck theft
A ONE-TONNE dumper truck was stolen from a building site in Moulton.
Overnight on Thursday, June 15, the dumper truck was stolen from the Bovis building site at Beehive Lane.
On Saturday, June 17 a Ford Transit van was stopped on the M56 by police officers. Following a search inside the truck, officers found the stolen dumper truck.
A 52-year-old-man from the St Helens area was arrested and later charged with the theft and remanded in custody.
