SOLICITOR Rebecca Antony has thanked everyone for their support for a sponsored cycle challenge in aid of St Luke’s Hospice.
Rebecca was part of a seventeen-strong team from mosshaselhurst Solicitors who took part in the challenge as part of the community events when the Tour Series came to Northwich.
Between them they cycled 200 kilometres, twice their target distance, on a static bike at the Victoria car park opposite Northwich Memorial Court.
“We have received confirmation from St Luke’s Hospice that on the day we raised £248,” said Rebecca.
“Additionally we have raised £170 on our online justgiving page for our sponsored cycle, which takes our total to £418, which is fantastic.
“We ended up cycling 200 kilometres in the end, and would like to thank everyone for their support and kind donations.
“We have drawn the second and third raffle prizes and are waiting for the first prize winner to get back to us.”
