VILLAGERS have until June to have their say on the Davenham and Whatcroft Neighbourhood Plan.

The plan has been submitted to Cheshire West and Chester Council by Davenham Parish Council.

There will be a six-week consultation, during which interested parties can make comments on the plan.

This period runs from April 20 to Monday, June 5.

To see a copy of the neighbourhood plan and supporting documents visit cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk/neighbourhoodplanning.

Paper copies of the neighbourhood plan are available to view at Wyvern House at Winsford and Northwich Library.

Any comments should relate to whether the plan meets the basic conditions, or whether it covers an appropriate area or appropriate length of time.

Comments can be submitted online, or by completing the response form (which can be downloaded from the above webpage) and emailing it to neighbourhoodplanning@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk or posting it to Planning Policy, Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port.

After this publicity stage, the neighbourhood plan will go before an Examiner, who will assess whether the plan meets the basic conditions set out in legislation and will review all comments submitted at the publicity stage.
