NORTHWICH Folk Club is to host The Bailey Sisters tomorrow (Friday).

Shelley Rainey, Karen Dyson and Aly Rainey decided to start singing together in 2009 after enjoying several singing courses led by Maddy Prior, Abbie Lathe and Rose Kemp at Stonesbarn in Cumbria.

With the addition of Karen’s guitar and Aly’s fiddle, they offer a wide variety of traditional, self-penned and classical material, ranging from 13th century to the present day.

Supporting The Bailey Sisters on the night will be emerging band Run for Cover, who are Carl Rogers, Ruth Rogers, Malcolm Ashman and club regular, Frank Hives.

Run for Cover specialise in acoustic covers and contemporary folk.

Northwich Folk Club meets at the Harlequin Theatre on Queen Street. Your host for the night will be Lin Tysoe. Doors open at 8pm for an 8.30pm start. Everyone is welcome.

Tickets which are priced at £6 or £5 for members are available in advance from DAN - danarts.co.uk - or on the door on the night. Under 21s are admitted for half price.
