BOLLYWOOD’S Back, a colourful celebration of Indian culture, food and music returned to the Northwich Memorial Court to raise more than £3,000 for children’s cancer charity The Joshua Tree.
Sara Wheater from The Joshua Tree said: “We were delighted to have the support of the Northwich community yet again at this popular Bollywood charity evening.
“Nagendra and the team from Kanya Bistro and Lalita’s Namastey India put on a colourful evening of authentic Indian culture for our supporters.”
Around 150 people attended the event on Saturday, March 11, during the Holi festival of colour, and charity supporters were treated to an evening of Indian gala buffet, live entertainment, Bhangra dancing and a charity raffle.
