FIVE houses are earmarked for a site in Northwich Road, Antrobus.
Lee Goldsmith is seeking planning approval to demolish a detached house and outbuildings on the site.
The site is near the junction of Knutsford Road and Lake Lane, and features a detached house – Ivy House – and seven outbuildings.
The scheme includes garages, car parking and landscaping.
“In developing this proposal the design team has sought to deliver a modest and sustainable cluster of new dwellings which will have no greater impact on the openness of the Green Belt than the existing structures on the site,” said a report accompanying the planning application.
“Dwelling forms have been conceived to meet local need, and we believe the proposals will assist in maintaining a balanced community in the area.”
Planning permission for the scheme is being sought from Cheshire West and Chester Council.
