TWO children have each received a £50 book token after their designs were chosen as competition winners.

Liberty Hulse, 10, from Victoria Road Primary School and Leilah Helm, eight, from Wincham Primary School, won the Design a For Sale Board competition run by Bull-Ring based Temples Lettings to mark the launch of its sales service.

Initially there was only meant to be one winner, but Natalie Williams, director at Temples, felt Liberty’s and Leilah’s designs were excellent.

They have been amalgamated into a joint design, which will feature on some Temples For Sale boards around Northwich.

“We were very impressed by the skill and imagination shown by Leilah and Liberty,” said Natalie.

“Both designs were full of colour and just what we envisaged. The design reflected the new injection of vibrancy into Northwich itself with so many exciting new developments and events.

“Leilah’s design included the house, flowers and ‘for sale’ but had a digital logo.

“When Liberty’s design came in we were very impressed with the hand-drawn logo backed by a rainbow, and it seemed perfect to add to Leilah’s design.

“We are so very happy with the final master design, and have had a great response to the sample board seen on social media.”
