Sounds like you're ready for Cancer Research's Pretty Muddy event at Tatton Park.

What is it?

Organisers say Race for Life Pretty Muddy is a 5k muddy obstacle course where you can show cancer that hell hath no fury like a woman in pink. You must be over 13 years old to take part in this event.

When does it take place?

Tomorrow, Saturday, from 10am at Tatton Park, Knutsford Drive, Knutsford, Cheshire, WA16 6QN.

Can I still enter Pretty Muddy?

Yes! The event sets off in waves from 10am to 2.15pm. All the morning slots are full but you can still book to join in with the fun between 1.30pm and 2.15pm.

Adult entry (Women aged 16+): £19.99

Child entry (Girls aged 13-15): £10.00

What do I need?

Bring a change of clothes for after your event and a towel to wipe off the worst of the mud; remember there are no showers or lockers at Pretty Muddy events, but there will be a bag drop area.

What will the course be like?

 Organisers say it's a fairly hilly course featuring a mix of terrain with roads, woodland footpaths and grass.

The start line is on the showground next to the adventure playground.

Can people who aren't taking part in the race come along too?

Friends and family are welcome to attend to support you. There will also be some extra activities and items to buy so don't forget your spare change.

When is the Race for Life 5k and 10k?

5k is on Sunday from 11am and 10k is Sunday at 9.30am

Under 6 entry (Girls and boys): Free and no registration needed
