FANS of classic pop and rock are in for a treat at Lostock Sports and Social Club next month.

Northwich covers band Coversdotcom are performing for free at the club on Saturday, November 14, to help raise money for Children in Need.

The 60s and 70s charity fundraiser takes place at Rumours at the club - call 01606 351364 - and runs from 7.30pm until late.

The members of the five-strong Coversdotcom are Lorraine Buckles, Phil Webb, brothers Kevin and Brendan McCarth and John Merrimen.

Tickets are £3, which are available from Martin at Rumours or on the door.

The fundraiser is being organised by John Merrimen, and raffle prizes would be welcomed.

Coversdotcom are a pop-rock function band, and performs songs from the 50s to the present day, from The Beatles to Kings of Leon, Fleetwood Mac to Amy Winehouse, Chuck Berry to Pink.
