GRIFFITHS Road, the A530, will be closed this weekend between Manchester Road and the entrance to Tata’s Lostock site just north of the turning for Cottage Close to enable urgent maintenance work on the pipebridge across Griffiths Road by Tata Chemicals Europe.
The road will be closed between 7am and 7pm tomorrow and Sunday. It may be closed between 7am and 5pm on Monday, August 24 if the works over-run. Tata apologised for any inconvenience caused by the works.
