ROADWORKS which are due to start in Lostock Green next Monday, June 1, are set to take up to a month to complete.
The works are to take place in Moss Lane, from its junction with Hangman’s Lane to just past Wade Brook, and will mean the temporary prohibition of traffic.
The work involves the partial rebuilding of parapets and spandrel walls, and is to be carried out by Cheshire West and Chester Council.
A through route will not always be available, and any vehicles not requiring access to properties on the length of road affected should use alternative routes.
A signed diversion sign will be put in place, and it is anticipated the work will take four weeks to complete.
