MORRIS Homes is seeking approval to change a number of homes planned for the Winnington Urban Village.
The housebuilder is seeking planning permission to replace 11 three and four-bedroom two-storey detached houses with 13 three and four-bedroom two-storey semi-detached and detached properties.
The houses are earmarked for Bridgewater Park at the urban village, and permission is being sought from Cheshire West and Chester Council.
The application area is owned by Morris Homes, and forms part of a larger area being developed with housing since planning approval was granted in 2013 for 421 houses for the Morris Homes parcels of land.
About 22 per cent of the Morris Homes properties are now complete and occupied, and the homes earmarked by the application would be accessed via Winnington Avenue through the current Morris Homes development.
