MADRID: Five people were killed and another badly burned when the
water-bombing plane they were flying crashed in eastern Spain. The
Portuguese-owned Antonob had been sent to help Spanish fire services in
their struggle against wildfires raging across the Mediterranean
provinces. The dead were three crew and two passengers, all of unknown
nationality.
