Goats kid around in Moulton for Chinese New Year
GOATS have been spotted roaming the streets of Moulton as Chinese New Year dawns.
The unlikely pair were photographed by Penny Ehlen today, Thursday, February 19, as they hurriedly crossed Meadow Lane on their way along Whitlow Lane.
They could have been celebrating Chinese New Year because, although today is heralded as bringing in the Year of the Sheep, there has been some confusion about the Chinese character for the forthcoming lunar year, pronounced yang, which can mean either sheep or goat.
