Dates set for planning appeals
DATES have been set for two planning appeals in Davenham.
Proposals for 70 homes in Fountain Lane and 53 homes in Jack Lane were both turned down by Cheshire West and Chester Council's planning committee in October.
Developers Richborough Estates, behind the Fountain Lane plans, and Bellway Homes, behind the Jack Lane homes, have appealed against these decisions.
The appeal into the Fountain Lane plans will be heard on April 28 while the appeal into the Jack Lane plans will be heard on June 30.
