A TODDLERS' football club has scored grants from two organisations.

Mini Dribblers is a new style pre-school that launched in the Northwich area in March.

it was set up by husband and wife Paul and Debbie Lambert to provide a football-themed learning environment to hone children's teamwork and ability to follow instructions while keeping fit and having fun.

The couple now run sessions across Cheshire and have been given £500 from Weaver Vale Housing Trust and £500 from Rudheath and Witton Together.

Paul said: "We are so overwhelmed with how this business has taken off, and want to say a huge thanks for the help and support we have had towards making it such a success."

They thanked Weaver Vale Housing Trust, Rudheath and Witton Together, the RAOB Club and Cheshire Self Drive for helping to fund equipment and kits and Rudheath Social Football Club for the use of the pitch at Griffiths Park.

Paul said: "This is taken off in a big way and we have now moved into doing sessions in nurseries, and pre-schools.

"Our sessions last for 45 mins and are filled with fun and exercise for the kids."
