A COUNTRYSIDE fair will be held at Blakemere Village this month.
The celebration of rural life takes place on July 26 and 27 and will include fun dog shows, a show from Cotebrook Shire Horse Centre, alpacas, cheerleader displays and chainsaw carving.
A climbing wall, helter skelter, small fun fair, chick and bunny handling, donkeys, segways, archery and a land train are also among the attractions at the event.
There will also be a beer tent, barbecue, food and craft marquee and a display of tractors from John Bownes.
Admission is £2 for adults and free for children.
Proceeds will go to Blakemere Village’s two charities of the year, which are Adoption Matters North West and the Gordon Gerrard Charitable Trust.
