HARTFORD Church of England High School performed in the finals of a national dance competition.
A year 11 dance group performed in the national finals of the Great Big Dance Off competition in Oxford on June 10.
The school competed against 24 other dance groups from around the country in the final after qualifying through regional rounds.
The Hartford dance group finished 10th overall and the school is extremely proud of their efforts.
Julia Harries, Hartford Church of England High School assistant head teacher, said: “It was an outstanding performance at the national finals and the pupils were delighted that all of their hard work was acknowledged and appreciated.
“The whole experience of dancing in a major venue with a large audience was quite inspiring and one the pupils will never forget.”
