IF YOU have a showstopping act to showcase Bostock Green village fete organisers want to hear from you.

The community event takes place on Sunday, July 6, from 1pm, and will see the Green transformed into a hive of fun attractions.

There will be displays from the Cheshire Hunt Hounds, a Young Farmers versus Bostock tug of war and a Bostock summer bonnet parade.

The fete will also feature its famous dog show, children’s games and attractions, market sellers and hot food.

A Ranger will be on hand to teach children outdoor skills, and a magician will perform spectacular street magic.

The fete is being organised by Living World Events and Tatton Estate Management.

“If you have something you would like to sell, or a showstopper you would like to showcase, we want to hear from you,” said Living World Events managing director Jemma Gilmartin.

“Stall holders can be anything from tasty cheeses to hand-sewn home wares, and beautiful jewellery to crafty garden pottery.

“If you are part of a team or club, and have something you would just love to show off, whether it be a superb dance routine or choir singing sensation, we want to hear from you too.”
