MEN can get tested for signs of prostate cancer during a special event in Weaverham.
The Leighton Hospital Prostate Cancer Support Group will be holding a testing session at Owley Wood Social Club in Barrymore Road between 7pm-10pm on Wednesday, June 11.
Men can get tested for a £10 donation, which will pay in part for the test and help the charity drive forward clinical reforms to ensure more men can survive prostate cancer.
From just over 300 men tested this year alone, Gary’s charity has found 42 cancers in men that would otherwise not have gone to their GP.
Early detection of warning signs is crucial in the fight against prostate cancer, so call Gary to book a test on 01606 553097.
