AN EVENING of stories and readings from the work of Robert Westall will take place in Northwich on Wednesday, June 4.

Classed as one of the 20th century’s most important writers for children and young adults, Robert Westall and his connections to the town are the subject of Weaver Hall Museum’s current exhibition.

Readings will include short stories, extracts from the novels and some childhood memories, there will also be chance to look around the exhibition with its curator.

The evening will take place at Weaver Hall Museum, in London Road, from 7.30pm.
