READERS are being urged to cast their eyes over this old school photograph as a reunion is organised for the Class of 1954.

The picture shows children who attended Davenham School and was taken in the academic year of 1953 to 1954.

Betty Wilde, neé Hough, is organising the reunion with friends Judith Ball, neé Healey, and Christine Hickson, who are all pictured.

She said: “We are trying for a reunion in March as we are all 70 or nearly 70.

“So if anyone knows any of these people, could they tell them about it and ask them to contact me?

“We hope to have this some time in March at the Woodpecker, either afternoon or evening.”

Betty has provided many of the names to match these faces.
