Firefighters free man from car in Northwich
A MAN was trapped in his car down an embankment next to a Northwich road on Friday evening.
Firefighters had to cut the man out of the car, a silver Peugeot 206, which was in the ditch by New Warrington Road.
The 42-year-old suffered minor injuries and was taken to North Staffordshire Hospital to be assessed.
The incident happened at about 7.30pm on Friday, January 17, and no other vehicles are believed to have been involved.
