Teenager named locally as Connor Hull dies in Winsford crash

A 17-YEAR-OLD boy has died following a road traffic collision in Winsford.
The victim has been named locally as Connor Hull.
Police were called to Middlewich Road, Winsford, at 11.50pm on Saturday January 11, to a report of a road traffic collision.
Officers attended the scene near to the junction with Birch Lane, where a black Vauxhall Corsa was in a ditch on the A54 at Stanthorne.
The driver, a 17-year-old local boy, was taken to hospital where he died as a result of his injuries. No one else was in the car.
His next of kin have been informed.
Anyone with any information about the collision is asked to call police on 101 quoting incident number 979 of January 11.
