THE Joshua Tree is marking Childhood Cancer Awareness Month this December with a series of coffee afternoons.
The charity, set up by a Northwich family to help children with life threatening illnesses and their families, is holding the ‘open house’ events from 1pm to 4pm every Thursday in December.
Lisa West, child and family support service manager for the charity, said: “This is an opportunity to come and visit our newly opened support centre in Northwich and meet the child and family support team.
“Please feel free to pop in to see what we have to offer, how we can support you or how you could possibly help us.”
The centre is at 2 Old Hall, off Venables Road.
