A BARNTON funeral directors is offering people a chance to remember the loved ones they have lost with a memorial Christmas tree.
F. Hayes & Son at Windy Ways, Lydyett Lane, are inviting relatives and friends to decorate the memorial tree with cards in memory of those who have passed away.
The memorial tree has been in the Barnton funeral home since Monday and people are invited to visit and leave memorial cards in the run up to Christmas, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.
Vicky Modlin, funeral director, said: “We know that the festive season, in particular, is a time when people look back and remember their loved ones who have passed away.
“We hope our memorial Christmas tree will again benefit relatives and friends at this difficult time.”
F. Hayes & Son is also supporting a service of remembrance and reflection at Barnton Methodist Church on Friday, December 6 at 7pm.
“Anyone who has suffered bereavement is welcome to join us and bring family and friends,” added Vicky.
