ROBERTS Bakery delivered an early Christmas treat to two Weaver Vale Housing Trust apartments when they popped in with a selection of festive sandwiches.
Staff from Roberts Bakery delivered platters of Christmas-themed sandwiches to the residents at Heathbrook, in Rudheath, and Wakefield Court, in Leftwich.
They were joined by Weaver Vale Housing Trust mascot dog, Omar.
Omar was only too pleased to join in the fun in the hope of bagging his favourite festive flavour sandwich – turkey!
Andy Matzen from Roberts Bakery, who delivered the festive sandwiches, said: “Weaver Vale Housing Trust plays a really important role in supporting people within the Northwich community.
“We were delighted to spread a bit of Christmas cheer with our early Yuletide gift.”
Jenny Brown, area team leader at Weaver Vale Housing Trust, added: “Many of our residents are on modest incomes and have to budget carefully, particularly at Christmas.
They were so pleased to receive their early Christmas gift from Roberts Bakery and sample some of their delicious sandwich creations.”
