CHRISTMAS is well underway in Weaverham where children are preparing for a festive competition.
Children at The Russett School have been busy making decorations for Arley Hall’s schools’ Christmas tree competition.
It is part of the hall’s Christmas Extravaganza, which runs from Saturday, November 30 until Friday, December 6.
Schools taking part in the Christmas tree competition include The Russett School, Leftwich Community Primary School, St Wilfrid’s Catholic Primary School, Witton Church Walk CE Primary School and Antrobus St Marks Primary School.
Their decorations can be based on any theme and their trees will be displayed in the Cruck Barn throughout the extravaganza.
