NORTHWICH’S newest business centre is going from strength to strength after a summer of lettings.
Four lettings were completed at Northwich Business Centre, in Meadow Street, during August and the first and second floors of the building are almost full.
Work on the ground floor, the final stage of the building’s refurbishment, is also nearing completion.
Andy Park, property and land director at Crystal, which owns the building, said: “The summer months can often be quieter for lettings but we’ve seen a flurry of activity at Northwich Business Centre.
“These August deals are just the tip of the iceberg.
“The final stage of the building’s refurbishment will be completed shortly and we already have tenants lined-up for the new ground floor offices.
“We receive a high number of enquiries for this building and anticipate letting more suites at the business centre over the coming months.”
New tenants include Tute Education, which provides tutors for schools, HR specialists Worksolve People Solutions, a north west-based support charity and a craft and design studio.
Jenny Barnett, from the craft and design studio, said: “I am really excited to be setting up my business at Northwich Business Centre, after relocating from Wiltshire.
“The office suite is ideal as it is so bright and airy; there is 24 hour access and it’s in a great location.
“I'm also looking forward to joining the network of artists in Northwich at the VAC Gallery (Visual Arts Cheshire) and trading at the new Artisan markets in the town.”
