DO you have a charitable project in need of investment?
The Northwich, Winsford and Middlewich Guardian is once again offering charities in the area the chance to apply for a Gannett grant, with between £5,000 and £10,000 on offer.
Gannett is the parent company of Newsquest, owners of the Guardian.
And we are again looking to support charities which take a creative approach to fundamental issues such as education and neighbourhood improvements, economic development, youth development, local problem-solving, assistance to disadvantaged or disabled people, environmental conservation and cultural enrichment are especially supported.
Editor Carla Flynn said: “The foundation values projects which bring lasting benefits to the community. While preference may be given to ideas which create a durable legacy for the community, it will consider single events or projects of limited duration that otherwise meet the criteria.”
Applications must be submitted on the approved application form, which can be downloaded at northwichguardian.co.uk, winsfordguardian.co.uk or middlewichguardian.co.uk.
The completed form and supporting document should be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 5pm on September 16. Submissions on paper will not be accepted.
