FOREST Road in Cuddington is temporarily closed following a fire involving a car towing a caravan.

Police and Firefighters attended the blaze at 12.26pm today, Friday, June 14.

Fire crews used two hose reels to extinguish the blaze, which a fire spokesman said was believed to have been caused by an electrical fault.

A cordon was set up around the vehicle and caravan, and the road closed.

Firefighters used jets to cool gas canisters carried in the caravan.

The blaze caused damage to a neighbouring fence.

The road remains closed.
