Lostock Triangle homes to be decided on tomorrow

PLANS to build up to 146 homes on Lostock Triangle will be discussed by Cheshire West and Chester Council’s (CWAC) strategic planning committee tomorrow, Thursday.

The plans have been recommended for refusal by planners, as they are considered to be contrary to policies E4 and E5.19 of the Vale Royal Local Plan.

Planners say that the loss of a further parcel of land within this employment site will adversely impact upon the sustainable economic growth prospects of Northwich and the ability of the town to provide long term employment opportunities.

CWAC will decide whether to allow the development at the strategic planning meeting tomorrow, Thursday, at the HQ Building in Chester.
