Tickets on sale for Hot Mikado

MUSICAL comedy Hot Mikado is coming to Northwich in April.

Mid Cheshire Musical Theatre Company is presenting the show, which is Rob Bowman and David H Bell’s adapatation of Gilbert and Sullivan’s operetta The Mikado.

The plot of Hot Mikado follows the line of the Gilbert and Sullivan original, with a similar satirical tone.

It is set in a time and place where eccentric laws sentence people to death for almost any indiscretion.

This leads to the characters seeking extreme measures to find the time to sing, flirt and dance while avoiding the severe penalties.

It will run nightly at 7.30pm from Wednesday, April 17, to Saturday, April 20, at The Grange Theatre, in Bradburns Lane, in Hartford.

Tickets, priced £12, £10 for concessions or £6 for under 18s, are available from mcmtc.co.uk/boxoffice or by calling 01606 853573.
