PLANS to build more than 100 homes in Cuddington and Sandiway will be submitted to Cheshire West and Chester Council (CWAC) as soon as developers have reviewed residents’ comments.
Developers Ashall Property Ltd outlined their plans for the land bounded by Kennel Lane, Chester Road and Dalefords Lane, at a meeting of Cuddington Parish Council earlier this month.
Residents were also invited to the view plans at a public exhibition on October 11.
Concerns including traffic issues and the state of the current infrastructure were raised.
Scott Ashall, of Ashall Property, said: “Ashall Property are currently in the process of reviewing all consultation comments which have been received following the public exhibition held on October 11 and the meeting with the Parish Council.
“We are finalising the plans accordingly in advance of submitting an outline planning application to CWAC.”
Julie Chrimes, clerk to Cuddington Parish Council, said: “Once Cuddington Parish Council receives a planning consultation request from Cheshire West relating to the proposed residential development on land bounded by Kennel Lane, Chester Road and Dalesford Lane, I will facilitate a public meeting inviting representatives from Ashall Property, Cheshire West’s case planning officer, highways department officer, ward councillors and MP Stephen O’Brien.”
The public meeting will be advertised in the Round Tower, parish council notice board, Sandiway library and Sandiway post office.
