Rudheath fireworks set to go off with a bang

AFTER the success of last years bonfire and fireworks, Rudheath Parish Council has been working hard to make sure this year’s event is bigger and better than ever before.
This year’s bonfire and fireworks display will take place on Sunday, November 4 on Gadbrook Road playing fields.
The gates will open at 5pm, with the bonfire expected to be lit at 5.30pm.
The £2,000 firework display will then start at 6pm.
Admission is £1 at the gate for both adults and children.
Please note that dogs, alcohol and sparklers will not be permitted.
Hot foot, soft drinks, tea and coffee will be available from the catering unit.
There will also be toilet facilities on site.
