WITTON have pledged a freeze on season ticket prices for next season.

The board announced the prices on Monday.

Adults will pay £165 to watch the club's 21 home UniBond Premier Division league matches, a rate of £7.85 a game compared to last year's gate price of £9.

The price for O65s is £100, £50 for teenagers aged 14 to 16.

Tickets permit access to seating as well as standing areas at Wincham Park.

For further details, call the club on 01606 43008.

V*** season tickets at £50 a season would be overpriced. To go through the amount of suffering you endure you should be paid to go and watch! You better a hope a few of these die hard Northwichers find their way to the Marston's Victoria Stadium Arena Ground next year, you'll need every penny towards the £50k a year rent bill to Mr Connett.

Of course it is, just lucky for witton that they had 2 games where 600 or so were made up of fans from other clubs due to the Vics games either being postponed or later kick off time.

AH! so vics do include fans from other clubs in their average attendances, so in essence i suppose it's ok for witton to include them within their own.

Yeah, we count away fans dut we havn't had the luxury of 2,3 or even 4 sets of away fans at our games. Was referring to the free kids coupons when i asked how many actually pay though! Most clubs have kids schemes and full credit to them but wittons guardain scheme only started last season and guess what - the average gate increased by just over 100! This increase was clearly made up of the free kids and the extra away support from vics, fleetwood, cambr
idge and fleetwood (twice). Don't kid yourselves, your gates in essence havn't increased from season before last and you certainly won't be able to count on such good fortune next season.

As for witton, well done on averaging 488 swelled by Fleetwood (twice),Vics,Cambrid

ge,Weymouth fans on various matchdays. How many actually pay though?

I presume all the fans from the above mentioned teams paid to gain entrance but don't quote me on that.
Do vics not count away fans in their average attendance? As for the f/wood, vics, cambridge fans and weymouth fan, it was actually good to see fans at our ground who represented other teams as not many of the unibond teams bring too many fans to our ground & at £9 an adult head the money is always welcome. Anyway looking forward to next season whatevers in store for us and thanks for the offer to fork out approximatley an extra 85p a game but with the credit crunch and all i'll be needing that for a cuppa at h/t.

Vics earlybird season ticket discounts are being extended for a further week. This will help compensate for the limited initial press coverage and introduction of concession rates. Prices will be be raised to normal levels on 27th May 2008. Tickets are available via the Vics webshop, Northwich Shop or by telephoning 01606 44127.

Concessions at NVFC have just been released so come on down anthony and watch a decent standard of fotball. As for our gates being halved, nonsense - season average of 862 was around 150 down on season before but considering we'd won just 2 home games before mid-march gates wern't a disaster. However with Dino doing the business already in the market and prospects already looking good for next season then we should be able to top 1200+ average next season, season ticket sales are already on course for a VS record, there is much optimism amongst Vics fans for next season.

Before you buy one think about this for 85p more per game you could watch BSP football at Vics which is real value for money.
