Talking transfers: Grays pick Elliott
GRAYS Athletic have swooped to sign former Vics fan favourite Stuart Elliott.
The 30-year-old midfielder has penned a one-year deal at the Recreation Ground.
Released by York City last week, Elliott had said he would consider a return to the Marston's Arena should the club approach him.
He is chairman-cum-manger Mick Woodward's second signing of the week after winger Ishmael Welsh switched from Yeovil Town.
