9:50am Wednesday 8th October 2008 in Theatre & arts By Staff reporter
THE Gothic conventions of gloomy castles, fangs, crucifixes, garlic, and the threat from supernatural evil to innocence and beauty can all be found in this ghoulish peice of theatre.
The show is taking place from Wednesday, October 22 to Saturday October 25.
Period costumes and stunning effects will make this a show that leaves a mark on the memory and the imagination.
A mixture of familiar and unfamiliar faces will tread the boards, including Richard Sadler (Of Mice and Men), Naomi Savage (Accidental Death of An Anarchist), Matt Bird and Carmen Bowett (Pride and Prejudice), Matt Lambert (Dad’s Army), and Ben Brunsdon (The Elephant Man) with Adam Wade (Alice in Wonderland) and newcomer Judith Knight.
Tickets, costing £6 and £5 for full-time students, are available from the box office in Northwich Information Centre or by phone on 01606 353534.
