BASED on the second novel in C.S. Lewis's Chronicles of Narnia series, Prince Caspian finds the four young heroes of the story once again in Narnia after being spirited away from the Second World War era of England.
The siblings, Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy return to the kingdom where they ruled as royalty but the Pevensie children find that 1,300 years have passed since they left and the world is now run by the Telmarines – humans who had long ago banished the magical animals of Narnia to the wilderness.
When Prince Caspian, heir to the Telmarine throne, survives an assassination attempt by fleeing his palace he stumbles across Narnia’s exiled enchanted creatures and decides to lead them in an uprising helped by the four siblings.
If you can see past the annoying children this is an action-packed film with some tense and tear-jerking moments.
