Bryant Homes is giving local housebuyers a welcome boost by offering to cover the cost of their stamp duty on selected properties at its (Calders Green and St Mellion Green developments in Wychwood Park.) The financial relief comes at a time when many agree that the removal of stamp duty would help the property market.
