Butters John Bee estate agents opened the doors of the latest branch in Winsford on Saturday, February 15.

This has added to the already expanding business, Winsford being the 14th.

The office was officially opened by the Mayor of Winsford, who cut the red ribbon at 11.30am.

They had a fantastic response on the day, with many special offers for buying and selling.

The launch party included free face painting for the children of Winsford and numerous free giveaways, including pens, rulers and trolley key tokens.

A hugely successful competition which has been running over the past couple of weeks asked the children of the community to draw a picture of their own house.

On the open day these were displayed on the walls and numbered for judging by visitors.

From the 200-plus pictures which were displayed, the two winning children with the most votes were Thomas Clare, aged seven, from Wharton Primary school in Winsford, who won a £50 Toys R Us voucher, and Mai Larkin, aged eight, from High Street Primary School, who won a voucher.

To celebrate the opening of the new office, Butters John Bee is offering discounted rates to local homeowners who instruct it to sell their property.

Butters John Bee is one of the UK’s most successful regional independent estate agents, chartered surveyors, property consultants, auctioneers, valuers and letting specialists, and many of the public will recognise the name from Homes under the Hammer, where they are featured the majority of days.

The team would love you to call in and see them at 6 Dingle Walk in the main shopping centre or call them on 01606 593444.
