THIS is to the thief who for the past two years has stolen our newly planted bedding plants from outside our pensioners' bungalow in Rudheath.
We won't appeal to your decency, because obviously you haven't any.
However, if you feel the inclination to do it again this June, please look up at the little blue light on the wall in front of you so that we can send a picture of you to the police and local newspapers.
