These facilities have been out of action since the beginning of December (five months) and although a van is occasionally seen there is absolutely no evidence of any urgency.

She or the council or whoever is responsible for this fiasco owe us an explanation and should be called to account.
Our Council Tax increases year by year in spite of having more houses and a paucity of facilities in Middlewich and I suggest we should insist on answers to the following questions: the name of the contractors; the cost of the work and details of the penalty clause; have these contractors been used before; will they be used again; why a contract with such an unsatisfactory contractor; what is the excuse?
