BERNARD MELIA Barbara, Becky and Daniel would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours and work colleagues for all the kindness and sympathy received during this very sad time. Also for all the cards, floral tributes and donations received in memory of Bernard amounting to £1000 to be forwarded to The National Heart & Lung Institute and the NW Ambulance Service. Special thanks to Patsy and Pradeep for all their help and support, to Father Jonathan Mitchell for his support and wonderful Mass, Father Peter for his comforting ministrations, Dr. Smith & Dr. Tate, Reception Staff and District Nurses at Ashfields Primary Care Centre, Sandbach, and to Dr. Beynan, Medical Staff and Nurses in the Cardiology Unit at North Staffs. Also thanks to Peter at Forshaws Funeral Directors.
