EILEEN EDMONDS (Nee Stretch) Peacefully at home on 4th January, 2012, aged 72 years. Alan, Paul and family would like to express their sincere thanks to family, friends and neighbours for their kind messages, cards and donations. To all, the staff and patients on the Renal Wards at North Staffs for the laughs, jokes and just idle chatter - they were like our extended family. To Dr Wessels, at North Staffs, Dr. Crofts at Oaklands, to Janet and the Community Nurses, Rebecca, Macmillan Nurse, who gave Eileen and I a lot of comfort, Gillian our niece, Rev'd Liz Woode and Peter Forshaw. Donations received to be divided between the Renal Unit at North Staffs Royal Infirmary and the Macmillan Nurses Cancer Unit Appeal.
